There are two types of habit you can make :-
- A simple yes or no
- Numbered
A numbered habit could be the number of pushups you did or the number of steps you walked or the coins you collected.
You can also set the frequency to track this habit... They range from Every day, Fixed weekly days etc. Then set a success day which is when you have accomplished your goal. The default is 66 days since a study states that on an average it takes around 66 days to cultivate a new habit.
The free version lets you create a maximum of 5 habits and premium version allows you more.
Then you can track the days and tap on it once to mark it as success or failure. Green marks success and Red marks failure.
